Hi! My name is Breanna Outlaw, but you can call me Bre! I am a licensed esthetician located in Goldsboro, NC. I have been in the beauty industry since 2020 (formerly known as ‘The Cosmetic Bar’) specializing in precise brow services, flawless facial & body waxing, premium lash enhancements and bridal party makeup. “Making women look their best with services that demonstrate attention to detail and feel their best with service that is dependable, honest, and caring is what I strive for.”
CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand and acknowledge that personal and/or important matters come up and ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment start time. Failure to cancel within the policy timeframe will result in a late cancellation fee of 25% of the total appointment cost and will be charged to the card on file. Failure to show or cancel at any given time before the appointment start time will result in a no-show fee of 75% of the total appointment cost and will be charged to the card on file.
